All you need is the Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil. Using the spoolie end, brush brows up and out to see their natural shape.

Notice which brow you like better, then add to the other brow until they look similar, but not exactly the same. With the slanted edge of the pencil, trace beneath the heads and arches of brows to create definition, then use light, short strokes to achieve the desired shape, filling in any gaps until both brows look balanced.
